Liputan6.com, Jakarta – PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN), launched two new clusters in the Orchard Park project, Batam. These two new clusters target young families and investors at affordable prices.

Marketing Manager of Orchard Park Batam, Tedi Guswana said, the two new clusters, namely Cluster Persea and Cluster Durio are expected to repeat the successful sale of three previous clusters that have been marketed in Batam's largest premium residential project.

"Since marketed in early 2014, the three clusters have reached 97 percent sales," said Tedi to Liputan6.com, Monday (7/12/2015).

He added, Cluster Persea offers a premium type house size 10 m2x20m2, with limited units only 100 units. Equipped family park and private swimming pool special for residents of the cluster.

While the Cluster Durio is a cluster for young families and investors at a very affordable price, yet still luxurious with a semi-resort faade design. It consists of three choices of units at an affordable price.

"Agung Podomoro Land is not only building residential here but also a new area with one stop green living concept where Orchard Park Batam provides all the life needs of its residents in one area," he said.

Approximately 40 percent of Orchard Park Batam's total land area is used for shady and lush greenery.

The project also provides estate management facilities that serve resale, lease, and continue to maintain the green area's environment so that it is maintained.

Orchard Park Batam is located in downtown Batam. Close to Batam Center Harbor and Mega Mall Batam, as well as Hang Nadim International Airport Batam. The location of the strategy is surrounded by government offices, universities and international schools.
