White Root Fungus (JAP) causes the greatest loss in the cultivation of rubber plants (Hevea brassiliensis) due to plant mortality and high cost for disease control. 1. Cook the corn or maize until half cooked (10 minutes).2. Cool at room temperature.

4. Enter the Trichoderma root that has been taken and stirred in a sterile distilled water into the medium.
5. Beat the already added medium with Trichoderma.
6. Tie the plastic container to tightly cover and incubate it in 1 night at a room with a certain room temperature.
7. Open the bonds and dry the biofungicide over the tarpaulin so as not to get too wet (done in the room).
8. Add bran to the culture medium.
9. Biofungisida ready to be marketed or applied.
Trichoderma in addition to organism decomposers, can also function as a biological agent and stimulator of plant growth. Trichoderma can inhibit the growth and spread of toxic fungi causing diseases for plants.
